Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If a product arrives defective, we cover return shipping and send a replacement first — no waiting for your item to reach us.
Crash damage is part of the sport. For BNF builds, we offer discounted replacement parts and free repair guidance for the first year.
BNF drones carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Motors, goggles and radios carry a 1-year warranty. LiPo batteries carry a 30-day warranty on cell defects.
